Prometheus’s Mis(fire) is a Visual Novel inspired by Greek mythology that invites players to reflect on themes like mortality, responsibility, and existential purpose.
After being rescued by Heracles from Zeus’s eternal punishment, Prometheus tries to live a quiet life — until he is visited by an unexpected guest: Fire, the very entity he once stole from Mount Olympus.
In this story-driven experience, you take on the role of Prometheus, making choices that shape the flow of a meaningful conversation. There is no combat, no inventory, no traditional exploration — just dialogue, decisions, and philosophical reflection.
Features:
-
A short, impactful narrative based on Greek myth
-
Simple and accessible gameplay (mouse-only controls)
-
Save/load functionality and the ability to revisit previous dialogue
-
“Instant text” mode for fast reading
-
Minimalist visual style focused on atmosphere and storytelling
If you’re looking for a symbolic and introspective experience, Prometheus’s Mis(fire) might just be the spark you need.
